The name field you enter in your Company Profile compulsory form will be the name used on your stand fascia name board and on the official event app. 

Your company name board should appear the same as your company name so visitors are not confused. Stands that are sharing will need to consult one another regarding this form and let the Event Coordinator know. Your name board will sit on all open sides of your stand.

Please note this name must comply with the conditions listed below. If it does not comply Diversified (the Organiser) reserves the right to alter your name to meet the conditions listed below:

• No more than 30 characters. 

• Exhibitors who wish to have their fascia removed must advise in writing to the organisers. 

• Exhibitors who opt for no fascia will receive 1 x LED Arm Light per 9sqm stand attached to the rear wall. 

• Names on fascia will be listed in all UPPER CASE Characters. The only exception to this rule is where a trademark is part of your company name. 

• Company names that feature Co, Bros, PTY, LTD will have their company name shortened to just feature the featurecompany name 

• If no name is provided by the exhibitor, the fascia will feature the company name as listed on the sales contract. 
• Alteration or removal of the fascia & name board on site will incur an additional cost to the exhibitor.

Shell Scheme stands include carpet, walls, lighting and a name board. Some stands may also include power, please check your contract for more information.

Each area of the show has a different Shell Scheme & Nameboard. To find out the exact details of your shell scheme stand, please click on the relevant specifications sheet below. If you do not know which area your stand is in please refer to Your Stand Details or alternatively contact the Event Coordinator who will advise.

Walk on Package stands include:

• 1 x White Lockable Cupboard (Approximately 1200L x 600D x 900H)
• 1 x White Round Café Table (60 – 80cm)
• 2 x White Chairs
• 2 x Wall Mounted Shelves, Flat (7kg max per shelf)
• 2 x LED Mounted spotlights per 9m²

• 1 x 4amp power point & test and tag

All furniture supplied is white.
